Our Story
Pacific Padel Project was born from a simple vision: introducing the incredible sport of padel to the Pacific Northwest's active, sports-loving communities. Having witnessed padel's explosive growth across Europe and its emerging success in key U.S. markets, we recognized the perfect opportunity to bring this dynamic sport to our region.
Our founders combine deep padel expertise with proven experience in sports facility development, creating the ideal foundation to establish padel as the next great racquet sport in the Pacific Northwest. We're not just building courts – we're cultivating communities and creating lasting connections through the unique social experience that only padel can provide.
Meet The Team
Pablo brings a unique combination of padel expertise and entrepreneurial success. A certified Padel coach who grew up playing padel in 1990s Argentina during the sport's explosive growth, he brings authentic insider knowledge of the sport. On the business side, he has spent 13 years building and leading a global company. His track record includes securing international contracts, forging strategic partnerships, and driving market expansion across multiple industries.
Born into a tennis family and a former professional player in his youth, Ory brings over 15 years of experience in racquet sports facility management and operations. He has successfully managed tennis facilities and academies across Europe and the U.S., while leading complex construction and renovation projects in the Pacific Northwest over the past 5 years.
Nadav Porat
CFO
Nadav is a former CPA at a Big 4 firm with extensive M&A and due diligence experience. He has founded and exited multiple successful restaurant ventures, earned an MBA from Wharton, and today leads International Expansion and FP&A for Amazon. Nadav blends corporate expertise with entrepreneurial success to fuel long-term growth.
